We retain your IP address for a limited time for rating and monitoring purposes, in compliance with Spanish and European data protection laws. However, if you wish to have any shortened link deleted from our system, you may submit a request to [email protected]. We will process your request promptly and remove the associated link.

4. Data Protection and Privacy

The Service is hosted in Spain, and as such, your data is subject to Spanish and European Union data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that any personal data collected is handled in accordance with these laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Link Shortener shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your use of the Service.
